An intermediate level big band arrangement. Scored for five saxes (AATTB), four trumpets, four trombones, piano, guitar, bass and drums. The trumpet range goes up to the A just above the staff (A5). The first trumpet doubles on flugelhorn, but a bucket mute can be used if a flugelhorn is not available. This is a pretty but moody ballad. It opens with a pyramid figure in the trombones and saxes. followed by a minor blues tinged theme played by muted trumpets. Chord changes and suggested scales are provided in all parts. Playing time is approximately 4.5 minutes.
