Edition: Jazz Big Band Arrangement
Description: Swing - Medium Difficult
Publisher: Lush Life Music
This beauty of a chart has been artfully transcribed by Jon Harpin from the historic 1962 Sinatra-Basie album. The original arrangement was by Neal Hefti, and Jon has kept faith with it, whilst adapting the brass to a full 8 piece section. As well as being a fine vocal number, this chart is also a tenor feature. We have supplied two tenor 1 parts in this chart. One features a transcription of the original album's tenor solo. The other is a more simplistic chord-notated part, allowing your player to improvise their own solos. The vocal chart is notated as sung by Mr Sinatra and the vocal key is Bb throughout. There are no sax doubles.
