This Robert Farnon arrangement of his brother Brian's Christmas tune (with lyrics supplied by his wife Dorothy) was recorded by Tony Bennett for his 1968 album Snowfall: The Tony Bennett Christmas Album. This is a lovely holiday ballad that should be better known and more widely played! Farnon's orchestration provides a lush, yet tranquil, setting for your vocalist.

This publication was prepared from Robert Farnon's original score and the set of parts used for the recording session - this is not a transcription. The vocal key modulates from C to Db. An alternate woodwind 4 part is included that has the oboe part transposed to clarinet.
