Coronavirus update (last updated October 30): As we move toward what will be a very different kind of holiday season, ejazzlines continues to be open full-time, available via phone from 9--5 Eastern time Monday through Friday in New York; we are always available via email, at orders@ejazzlines.com, and we answer every email promptly; including often after normal business hours and on weekends.
We are aware of the newly enhanced desire for little big band and small group charts, with so many folks working with smaller ensembles than usual. We do still strongly recommend Priority Mail for domestic orders and Express Mail for international ones right now, as while the US Postal Service remains very reliable, the Coronavirus situation along with the highly publicized continued delays are sometimes significantly affecting international shipments, and domestic Media Mail ones as well.
