A jazzy samba tune. The flugelhorn is the featured horn on the melody the first time and then is later joined by the ensemble. The first soloist is the alto saxophone, who solos over the changes of the tune. The second soloist is the tenor saxophone who solos over a funk/samba style vamp. The ensemble is featured in cluster-voicing style treatment of the melody and the tune ends with the tenor solo continued over the samba groove. Chart has been recorded by the California State Univ Northridge Jazz "A" Band.
