This ebullient and flashy solo clarinet feature was commissioned jointly by Marian University and the Symphonic Youth Orchestra of Greater Indianapolis for soloist Shawn Goodman. This version is scored for big band (four saxes plus the soloist). A transcription of Shawn's improvised solo is included, and an alternate solo part for Tenor Sax is included. Another version of this composition is available for concert band. (Solo part is the same).
