Ode to Joy is an ode written in the summer of 1785 by German poet Friedrich Schiller. The tune is best-known for its use by Ludwig van Beethoven in the fourth movement of his Ninth Symphony. This swinging version by Dave Wolpe was recorded by Glenn Miller Orchestra album for their In the Nutcracker Mood album.
