The intro starts consists of each horn (trumpet, alto, trombone, in that order) playing an independent line/rhythmic pattern. Finally the rhythm joins in (even 8ths) with its own groove bass pattern, and the melody follows by the horns. This melody has a sweeping characteristic that is mostly unison, but with some divisi voicings later on.The solo section consists of two sections, one chord or tonal center each, with a background on the second one.Instrumentation: : alto saxophone, trumpet, trombone (or tenor saxophone), guitar (optional), piano, bass, drums.
