Little big band: 4 saxophones (AATB), 2 trumpets, trombone, piano, bass and drums.

Blazing, up-tempo tune with contemporary harmonies and an engaging melody. There are solos for alto and tenor, followed by a hip, pedal-point section, which leads to a contrapuntal passage, a colorful ensemble statement and ultimately to a roaring shout chorus which features an exchange between the full band and drums. A return to the melody leads to a richly scored, exciting ending.
