    The difficulty of this arrangement is softened by moving the uptempo melody from one horn to another so that each player must master only a portion of the challenging head. It also moves freely between one, two, and three part harmony using every combination of the horns. This will open up your group's ears to some orchestral possibilities that aren't often explored in small group jazz. This arrangement also includes a full ensemble chorus featuring the drums.

    SOLOS: The changes are mostly II-Vs, but they move very quickly and often go to unexpected places. It's a good challenge for an improviser who has command of all the keys.
