OCTOBER NOTES: (October 24th Update): We are extremely proud to present the two winners of the recent University of Nebraska Omaha Women's Jazz Competition Contest! Right below are Mckenna Reeve's Another Food Blues and Kate Williams's Average Bear.

Also new is the first fully re-engraved Dave Pell Octet chart we have released in a while, Sugar Foot Strut. This joins a new Alec Wilder Octet chart, Remember Me to Youth, composed and arranged by Wilder.

Stockholm Sweetnin' comes from Quincy Jones's 1957 debut album as a leader and is a wonderful example of just how mature Jones already was as a composer and musical visionary.

Also recently new and right below are two charts each from Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra members Sherman Irby and Christopher Crenshaw. Both are interesting writers and we highly recommend checking these out; we have sound/video for them all.

We have another three gems from Ella Fitzgerald's Cole Porter Song Book album, Buddy Bregman's arrangements of In the Still of the Night, Night and Day, and Ridin' High.

We have updated our set of charts from perhaps the greatest Sinatra-Riddle collaboration, 1956's Songs for Swingin' Lovers, to include the original arrangement of You Make Me Feel So Young.
