Early May's clear highlight thus far is the 2018 new issue series from Baker's Jazz & More, which is run by our friend Paul Baker and remains one of the jazz genre's essential educational publishers.
Please check out April's new release pages, whose highlights included our brand new re-engraved Jazz Lines Publications edition of Frank Foster's Back to the Apple, from Frank's original scores and parts; Learnin' the Blues as arranged by Nelson Riddle for Frank Sinatra; Nat King Cole's Nature Boy as arranged by Frank DeVol; the first 14 Jazz Lines Publications David Berger Editions, which include transcriptions of historic charts from Duke Ellington, Jimmie Lunceford, and Les Brown; all eight new charts for 2018 from Alfred Publishing, which include arrangements from Gordon Goodwin, Victor López, Paul Baker, and Rick Hirsch; Michael Philip Mossman's new Guantanamera chart; and 14 charts from Ron Keezer's Really Good Music as written by Bill Simenson.
