Wilcox, Eddie

After studying at Fisk University, Eddie Wilcox became the chief arranger for the Jimmie Lunceford Orchestra in 1929 until Lunceford's death in 1947. He also co-founded a record label with tenor saxophonist Teddy McRae and worked as a pianist.
