Berg, Curt
Curt Berg (trombone) grew up in Southwest Iowa. He attended Drake University and University of Southern California. His trombone playing experience includes the NORAD Band, Woody Herman, Harry James, Don Ellis, and Louis Bellson. He has written libraries for big band (his own), little big band, trombone band, jazz sextet, and jazz quintet. Aside from performing and composing, Curt has long been active in the music preparation field for LA's film, TV and recording studios.
