***NEW, REVISED EDITION FOR 2025!***

In 1959 Art Pepper recorded 12 tunes backed by an 11-piece 'little big band.' The Marty Paich charts focused on 'Modern Jazz Classics' including this arrangement of the Charlie Parker/Dizzy Gillespie composition 'Anthropology.' This arrangement featured Art Pepper playing clarinet throughout with backing from the ensemble. Included are third trumpet and trombone parts that may be used as alternates for the horn in F. This has been edited and engraved from the original score and parts as supplied to us by Laurie Pepper.
